My second FC - Charlie Frost (If anyone remember this pic - [link], yep, it's she again)

I finally defined with her abilities and place in the plot of SDV. Well, truly, did it for me X)

So she has a frost powers. Bracelets and collar don't let her to freeze herself
And most likely she is a fenech.
And, yeah, she's lesbi X)
